If customers/buyers are not completely happy with a product, we handle returns within 7 days of purchases on a case-by-case basis with the goal of making customers happy. Customers/buyers need to fill out the form given below the for same. We apply refunds to the tender with which returned products were purchased. Estelltec stands behind its goods and services and expects customers to be satisfied with them. We'll always do our best to take care of our customers. Estelltec's ideology is to deal with customers fairly and reasonably. We strongly believed that when we treat our customers fairly, they in turn are fair to us.
